Below you will find instructions for downloading and activating etrace on the
phones that you have purchased for your mobile workforce. Before you begin, please make sure that you
know the phone number for each handset you will be activating.

- From the phone’s main menu, click on the Menu button
- Use the left and right arrow keys to locate the Settings menu
- Scroll to Location and click OK
- Select Location On and click OK
- Press the End key to return to the phone’s main menu
- From the phone’s main menu, click on the Menu button
- Use the left and right arrow keys on your handset to locate the Easy Edge icon and click ok
- Scroll to Catalog, click OK
- Select OK to the Browsing online and downloading apps will incur a data charge notification message.
- Select Yes, to display the previous message again in the future.
- Scroll to Navigate Your Life and click OK
- Scroll to Business Navigation and click OK
- Select the correct version of etrace and click OK
- Select the Subscription and select the option to Download
- The application will download, selectRunto start etrace
- The phone will prompt you to run the application. Scroll to Yes and click OK
- The application will automatically activate your phone number and pin number
- Click Accept when the usage agreement is displayed
- From the phone’s main menu, click on the Menu button
- Use the left and right arrow keys to locate the Settings menu
- Scroll to Location and click OK
- Select Location On and click OK

- From the phone’s main menu, click on the Menu button
